What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address, used to make and confirm your booking.
• Stay details such as your dates, room type and the amount paid.
• Your national ID or passport number and a photograph of that document — Thai law requires hotels to record guest identification. It is stored in a system only authorised staff can open, is never shared with third parties, and is never used for marketing.
• Messages you send us on LINE, Facebook or by email, so we can answer you and follow up on a booking.

How we use it

Only to confirm your booking, prepare your room, issue receipts, answer your questions and meet the legal requirements for accommodating guests. We never sell or trade your information.

How long we keep it

For as long as the law and our accounting records require, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Photos of your ID card or passport are deleted automatically one year after check-out.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time using the contact details below, and we will act as quickly as the law allows.
